Spectators: 8097 (Terracing: 6074, Seating: 1862, VIP seats: 161) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Damaso Rik started the match with the kick off. A hard shot 3 in the game by Kees Plappert from a close distance when the talented Isaias Chus managed to make a qualified save. Ç Ā M Î Ö Ń Ĕ R Ö Ş's players were relieved. Florian Guderian made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Justino Pietro in the 5th minute of play. The supporters of Sydney FC booed when Ç Ā M Î Ö Ń Ĕ R Ö Ş was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Damaso Rik didn't get a good kick on the ball. 10 minutes into the match, Sydney FC's goal looked a bit too open when Justino Pietro came free, but Florian Guderian reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eleuterio Frederik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pierre Möhn received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Isaias Chus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Sydney FC getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Danko Schiffmann hit a great ball. In the 20th minute, Damaso Rik left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ç Ā M Î Ö Ń Ĕ R Ö Ş fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After 22 played minutes Sydney FC got a freekick which was hit by Pierre Möhn. After a rather tough play, Ç Ā M Î Ö Ń Ĕ R Ö Ş's Alfonso Colas got a free kick in the 28th minute. In the 30th minute Damaso Rik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Florian Guderian saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Adnan Tilner kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. A collision led to Sydney FC getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Hinrik Grobmaul hit a great ball. Ç Ā M Î Ö Ń Ĕ R Ö Ş's Damaso Rik got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 39th minute, Nicolas Hanot hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 43rd minute, Damaso Rik got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The wind increased when Kees Plappert made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Pierre Möhn had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Isaias Chus. Ç Ā M Î Ö Ń Ĕ R Ö Ş's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pierre Möhn was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. 56 minutes into the match, Sydney FC's goal looked a bit too open when Damaso Rik came free, but Florian Guderian reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Justino Pietro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Florian Guderian made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Justino Pietro in the 64th minute of play. After having played for 65 minutes, Kees Plappert managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sydney FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kees Plappert was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Damaso Rik was extremely unlucky when he, in the 70th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Damaso Rik struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Florian Guderian didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ç Ā M Î Ö Ń Ĕ R Ö Ş. Harald Inger kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. After 84 played minutes Sydney FC got a freekick which was hit by Nat Schmitt. Nat Schmitt hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. In the 92nd minute Damaso Rik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Florian Guderian saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
