The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The supporters of Fifth Chicken booed when Vanadio F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gomez Badillo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gustaw Szkarpiak's shot from long distance in the 4th minute was not bad at all, but Vanadio F.C.'s Cugat Cardet knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. Zygmunt Rywin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zygmunt Rywin in the 9th minute of play forced Vanadio F.C.'s goalkeeper Cugat Cardet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zygmunt Rywin in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cugat Cardet prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jacek Ciupierdo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christian Arratia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Fifth Chicken's Jakub Gomolka got a free kick in the 21st minute. Christian Arratia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Jacek Ciupierdo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cugat Cardet didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Zygmunt Rywin went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. The crowd rose to their feet as Fifth Chicken's Zygmunt Rywin slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Cugat Cardet. That made the score 2-0 after 44 minutes of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Benjamin Lemos came free with the goalkeeper in the 53rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Jacek Ciupierdo could save by the left post. 54 minutes into the match, Fifth Chicken's goal looked a bit too open when Christian Arratia came free, but Jacek Ciupierdo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fifth Chicken's attentive Igor Jaks managed to snatch the ball when Txaran Herenchun made a throw-in in the 56th minute of the game. In the 59th minute, Vanadio F.C.'s Benjamin Lemos dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. Cugat Cardet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zygmunt Rywin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jakub Gomolka hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Cugat Cardet showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zygmunt Rywin in the 74th minute of the match. Fifth Chicken's Aleksander Rode was substituted for Jacek Dankowski. 77 minutes into the game, Txaran Herenchun threw the ball into play from the sideline. Fifth Chicken's Igor Jaks quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. When Zygmunt Rywin came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Fifth Chicken fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zygmunt Rywin couldn't finish the play. Christian Arratia was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 92nd minute. Vanadio F.C.'s manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. The Vanadio F.C. fans' excitement grew in the 92nd match minute when Vanadio F.C.'s Benjamin Lemos looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 95th match minute, Fifth Chicken was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pal Patin to maneuver through the defense. In the 96th minute the ball was on its way in behind Fifth Chicken's goalkeeper Jacek Ciupierdo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
