The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute, Wojciech Noworolnik hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of La Candela FC booed when KS Blizne was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Igor Serwach didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 12th minute of the match Lucas Reyes shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Zachary Watarz showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Edgard Guillen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Igor Serwach in the 13th minute. After 15 minutes of play, La Candela FC's Lucas Reyes made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zachary Watarz was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Angel Taurino in the 20th minute of play forced KS Blizne's goalkeeper Zachary Watarz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zachary Watarz came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by La Candela FC's Angel Taurino. But to his dismay, Angel Taurino quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Edgard Guillen made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Igor Serwach sent off a good shot on target. After 36 minutes, Angel Taurino made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. KS Blizne's Zachary Watarz tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Zachary Watarz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jairo Frechoso in the 42nd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Lucas Reyes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Zachary Watarz was relentless in the 48th minute of the game. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

La Candela FC made a substitution. Felix Iturri replaced Freddy Karmel. Boleslaw Merski charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Mariano Cordaro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to La Candela FC getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Martin Lauro hit a great ball. La Candela FC's Edgard Guillen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Igor Serwach in the 78th minute of play.
