Spectators: 7989 (Terracing: 5993, Seating: 1837, VIP seats: 159) Flames FC's Matt Stokes started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Damion Déziel fell near the penalty area in the 8th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Flames FC's protests and gave Damion Déziel a yellow card for diving instead. In the 8th minute, Damion Déziel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Inge Flinck, 9 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Aimé Ham didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Inge Flinck went, in the 12th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Inge Flinck received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Aimé Ham tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 24 minutes, Charles Julin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Peace Home Street Boys and the Flames FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Flames FC booed when Peace Home Street Boys was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Charles Julin didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 25th minute of the match John Richards shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sixten Molander showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When the match had gone on for 31 minutes, Inge Flinck took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Aimé Ham to make any attempt to save it. In the 35th minute Matt Stokes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sixten Molander saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Egil Åberg hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. In the 39th minute of the match Damion Déziel shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sixten Molander showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Aimé Ham was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Inge Flinck showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 44 minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

Flames FC's Carlos Kirby was substituted for Damion Déziel. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Inge Flinck stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Sixten Molander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Geraldo Gagnon, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Geraldo Gagnon made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 59thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Sixten Molander would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Inge Flinck in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aimé Ham prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Peace Home Street Boys were awarded a corner in the 65th minute after Flames FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Inge Flinck took the corner. 65 minutes into the game, Peace Home Street Boys's Eddie Johansson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Aimé Ham made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. In the 68th minute, Rune Gustafsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Flames FC made a substitution. Emile Garrett replaced John Richards. A collision led to Peace Home Street Boys getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Rune Gustafsson hit a great ball. Aimé Ham stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Inge Flinck's shot from short distance in the 72nd minute. The supporters of Peace Home Street Boys booed when Flames FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carlos Kirby didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 73rd minute of the match Inge Flinck sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Aimé Ham skillfully saved the ball. Rune Gustafsson hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. In the 77th minute of the match Beau Hinojosa sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sixten Molander skillfully saved the ball. Aimé Ham didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Inge Flinck went, in the 82nd minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. After 96 minutes, Inge Flinck made it 7-0 with a short kick to the right side. Flames FC's Aimé Ham tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. There was no doubt that Peace Home Street Boys were the better team. Peace Home Street Boys's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
