The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. With 5 minutes on the clock, Ulf Melin commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 4th minute, one of Nusnäs IF:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Nusnäs IF. Viktor Wallin had in the 6thth minute some difficulties stopping Gabriel Bezerra's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 8th minute, Maurício Queirós made a precise shot to the right of Viktor Wallin. Nusnäs IF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. After 10 minutes, Gabriel Bezerra mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Los Hermanos CIMZ and the Nusnäs IF players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Los Hermanos CIMZ's Gabriel Bezerra got a free kick in the 11th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Nusnäs IF's Orvar Andberg slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Oscar Saraiva. That made the score 1-1 after 15 minutes of play. When Gabriel Bezerra came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Los Hermanos CIMZ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gabriel Bezerra couldn't finish the play. 26 minutes into the match, Nusnäs IF's goal looked a bit too open when Remo Fernandez came free, but Viktor Wallin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Maurício Queirós managed to get in a good position for a shot. Los Hermanos CIMZ's supporters rose to their feet, but Maurício Queirós was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Viktor Wallin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Jesper Lind came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Nusnäs IF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jesper Lind couldn't finish the play. Orvar Andberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Oscar Saraiva tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 87th minute, Bruno Vinhas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Oscar Saraiva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jesper Lind in the 88th minute of the match. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
