Endre Balla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henric Forsberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Csaba Szepes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bélkő SE's supporters rose to their feet, but Csaba Szepes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tommy Kvist breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bálint Pál recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tommy Kvist stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Csaba Szepes's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. Bernt Söderberg charged in rather forcefully in the 30th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bernt Söderberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Bernt Söderberg kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. In the 31st minute of the match Bálint Pál sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tommy Kvist skillfully saved the ball. When Ádám Dömötör fell near the penalty area in the 38th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bélkő SE's protests and gave Ádám Dömötör a yellow card for diving instead. Ádám Dömötör kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Glentown FC's Torgny Sjögren slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Endre Balla. That made the score 1-0 after 41 minutes of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jens Ahlén during the 44th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 56th minute Jens Ahlén shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Endre Balla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Glentown FC's Jens Ahlén got a free kick in the 57th minute. A hard shot by Árpád Madaras from long distance, 58 minutes into the match, got Tommy Kvist's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Csaba Szepes got free with Tommy Kvist in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Csanád Urbán kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. 64 minutes into the match, Glentown FC's Henric Forsberg sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Endre Balla narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When the match clock showed 87 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Csaba Szepes sped through Glentown FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Tommy Kvist. In the 94th match minute, Bélkő SE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Árpád Madaras to maneuver through the defense. For all the effort they put into the match, the Bélkő SE players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Glentown FC.
