The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 18th minute, Melquiades Amor got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicanor Florian in the 20th minute of play forced ARedonditos de Ricota CFK's goalkeeper Leopoldo Rodas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 45th minute the ball was on its way in behind San Lorenzo de Sarandi's goalkeeper Elvio Diagur, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Daniel Mantzio hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. Elvio Diagur showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elias Kemen, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. The supporters of ARedonditos de Ricota CFK booed when San Lorenzo de Sarandi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position.
