Spectators: 7968 (Terracing: 5977, Seating: 1833, VIP seats: 158) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Gabriel Bezerra kicked off to start the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rafael Soares during the 4th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of San Lorenzo de Sarandi booed when Los Hermanos CIMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rafael Soares didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Los Hermanos CIMZ's Baltazar Sena got a free kick in the 9th minute. 13 minutes into the game, San Lorenzo de Sarandi's Nicanor Florian nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Oscar Saraiva made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. 16 minutes into the game, Wilfredo Transito threw the ball into play from the sideline. Los Hermanos CIMZ's Rafael Soares quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Los Hermanos CIMZ's Oscar Saraiva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicanor Florian in the 20th minute of play. Oscar Saraiva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Melquiades Amor, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. After a rather tough play, Los Hermanos CIMZ's Baltazar Sena got a free kick in the 35th minute. 37 minutes into the game, Melquiades Amor cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Oscar Saraiva was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 42 minutes into the match, San Lorenzo de Sarandi's goalkeeper Elvio Diagur had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aírton Quintal. Gabriel Bezerra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zé Augusto Antunes kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. In the 47th minute, Eulalio Bizi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 48 minutes into the match, Los Hermanos CIMZ's Zé Augusto Antunes broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The wind increased when Nicanor Florian made the kick off in the second half. Oscar Saraiva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Mantzio in the 52nd minute of play. With an all-out effort, San Lorenzo de Sarandi's Oscar Saraiva threw himself towards the right post 53 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Nicanor Florian, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Los Hermanos CIMZ's Oscar Saraiva proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save Los Hermanos CIMZ from getting a goal against them. It was a well-played corner which Lino Ofelio managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. In the 60th minute, Aírton Quintal ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Elvio Diagur was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. Wilfredo Transito lost his temper 66 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Oscar Saraiva made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Mantzio in the 70th minute. Nicanor Florian took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Oscar Saraiva. Oscar Saraiva dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-4. In the 80th minute, Hamílton Simões hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Oscar Saraiva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicanor Florian, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Baltazar Sena fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elvio Diagur having to interfere. The supporters of Los Hermanos CIMZ booed when San Lorenzo de Sarandi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicanor Florian didn't get a good kick on the ball. 89 minutes into the match, San Lorenzo de Sarandi's goal looked a bit too open when Aírton Quintal came free, but Elvio Diagur reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Elvio Diagur stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aírton Quintal's shot from short distance in the 90th minute. In the 90th minute, Nicanor Florian hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With his leg Oscar Saraiva managed to avoid a goal in the 95thth minute, when San Lorenzo de Sarandi's Daniel Mantzio fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 97th minute, Nicanor Florian reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Oscar Saraiva. The goal made the score 2-5.
