Zero Gravity's Benoit Van Heurick played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tostão Mota in the 3rd minute of play. Benoit Van Heurick showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Serginho Arantes, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. In the 8th minute, Dieguinho Campidelis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to INTERNACIONAL DA BAHIA getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Amauri Borges hit a great ball. In the 22nd minute, Jullian Van Castel ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dida Little was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Tostão Mota sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With an all-out effort, Zero Gravity's Dida Little threw himself towards the right post 30 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Andrez Dams, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Matt Uyterhelcht fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dida Little having to interfere.

Benoit Van Heurick made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Claudinei Azevedo sent off a good shot on target. 52 minutes into the game, Claudinei Azevedo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Benoit Van Heurick was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Dida Little showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jacq Van den Berghe in the 63rd minute of the match. Dida Little showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andrez Dams, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. A collision led to Zero Gravity getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Jules Van Linthoudt hit a great ball. Tostão Mota fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benoit Van Heurick having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in INTERNACIONAL DA BAHIA's zone, Andrez Dams stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dida Little came out of the goal and Andrez Dams tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Matt Uyterhelcht received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Dida Little tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
