Seating: 1841, VIP seats: 159) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Nino Maravilha kicked off to start the match. A collision led to Zero Gravity getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Rein Demarrez hit a great ball. After 8 played minutes, Zorros del Desierto's Rodolfo Aranda shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Benoit Van Heurick came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Zorros del Desierto reached it. 10 minutes into the match, Zero Gravity's goal looked a bit too open when Nino Maravilha came free, but Benoit Van Heurick reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 10 minutes into the match, Nino Maravilha notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Zero Gravity's Benoit Van Heurick. Benoit Van Heurick was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 15 minutes into the game, Rein Demarrez was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Zero Gravity's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Zorros del Desierto the free kick. In the 15th minute, Rein Demarrez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Benoit Van Heurick showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Saturnino Albrecht, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Benoit Van Heurick stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Saturnino Albrecht's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Saturnino Albrecht in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Benoit Van Heurick prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Niguel Iriarte hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Leonel Santana showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andrez Dams, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. When the match had gone on for 25 minutes, Jullian Van Castel put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Leonel Santana. In the 28th minute, Saturnino Albrecht made a precise shot to the right of Benoit Van Heurick. Zero Gravity's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jullian Van Castel during the 30th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Zorros del Desierto booed when Zero Gravity was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jullian Van Castel didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Andrez Dams got free with Leonel Santana in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 35th minute Andrez Dams shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonel Santana saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 37thth minute of the game Andrez Dams who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Zorros del Desierto's Leonel Santana was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jullian Van Castel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Leonel Santana made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in Zorros del Desierto's zone, Remie Dirckx stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leonel Santana came out of the goal and Remie Dirckx tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Zero Gravity's Benoit Van Heurick played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nino Maravilha in the 48th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.
51 minutes into the match, Zorros del Desierto's goal looked a bit too open when Remie Dirckx came free, but Leonel Santana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leonel Santana took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andrez Dams, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Zero Gravity's Kobe Steckens got a free kick in the 55th minute. 59 minutes in the game, Rodolfo Aranda fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Benoit Van Heurick having to interfere. Andrez Dams fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leonel Santana having to interfere. Miren Bacheler hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. In the 67th minute, Rein Demarrez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zorros del Desierto's Ursino Cabero shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 68th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Benoit Van Heurick but with some difficulty. Thomas-Jan Pastijns kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Jasper De Lauw charged in rather forcefully in the 73rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jasper De Lauw the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Zorros del Desierto booed when Zero Gravity was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jasper De Lauw didn't get a good kick on the ball. 75 minutes into the match, Saturnino Albrecht dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Benoit Van Heurick, 1-3. When Saturnino Albrecht fell near the penalty area in the 78th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Zorros del Desierto's protests and gave Saturnino Albrecht a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Zero Gravity booed when Zorros del Desierto was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Saturnino Albrecht didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jullian Van Castel in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leonel Santana saved Zorros del Desierto from getting behind. After 81 played minutes Saturnino Albrecht rounded Zero Gravity's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-4. Saturnino Albrecht blasted a shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Benoit Van Heurick having to make a save. 88 minutes into the match, Zero Gravity's goalkeeper Benoit Van Heurick had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nino Maravilha. Benoit Van Heurick showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Saturnino Albrecht in the 89th minute of the match. Benoit Van Heurick came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by Zorros del Desierto's Saturnino Albrecht. But to his dismay, Saturnino Albrecht quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-5. In the 95th match minute, Zero Gravity was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andrez Dams to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Zero Gravity's zone, Nino Maravilha stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benoit Van Heurick came out of the goal and Nino Maravilha tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Zorros del Desierto supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Zorros del Desierto would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
