Albertus FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hubert Ottens was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A hard shot by Stijn Bijlsma from long distance, 47 minutes into the match, got Stanislaw Olejarz's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
