Hubert Ottens received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Wawrzyniec Kosel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Albertus FC's Yorrick Zwaanswijk got a free kick in the 8th minute. Ger Tollenaar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robert Lewandowski in the 10th minute of the match. Pawel Bochniewicz's late challenge caught a Albertus FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Pawel Bochniewicz helped the player get up and apologised. Pawel Bochniewicz hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Robert Lewandowski struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Ger Tollenaar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Project Nemesis. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Wieslaw Rukszcz during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Wieslaw Rukszcz kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Pawel Bochniewicz was shown his second yellow card after 17 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Albertus FC's Gert Hebert couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 19th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Project Nemesis. In the 22nd minute Ferdi Merenga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wawrzyniec Kosel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Albertus FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 24th minute, when Robert Lewandowski scored to the left of an out of position Ger Tollenaar, making the score, 1-0. Project Nemesis's Wawrzyniec Kosel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hubert Ottens in the 27th minute of play. Wawrzyniec Kosel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hubert Ottens's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. In the 37th minute, Fabian Labus hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ger Tollenaar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sebastian Brytan in the 40th minute. 42 minutes into the match, Hubert Ottens notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Project Nemesis's Wawrzyniec Kosel. Wawrzyniec Kosel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, Project Nemesis's Fabian Labus got a free kick in the 45th minute. After 46 played minutes Gert Hebert shot from long distance. At first the shot seemed to be simple for Project Nemesis's Wawrzyniec Kosel to catch but Gert Hebert was lucky. It became 1-2 after the goalkeeper had been careless and dropped the ball into goal. After the first half Albertus FC were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ferdi Merenga stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Czeslaw Mierzejewski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 54 minutes, Czeslaw Mierzejewski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Project Nemesis and the Albertus FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 63 minutes, Gert Hebert mouthed his way into the referee's book. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robert Lewandowski in the 64th minute of play forced Albertus FC's goalkeeper Ger Tollenaar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 75th minute the ball was on its way in behind Project Nemesis's goalkeeper Wawrzyniec Kosel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Hubert Ottens was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. After 81 minutes of play, Albertus FC's Frits Platvoet made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Wawrzyniec Kosel was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ferdi Merenga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Wawrzyniec Kosel came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by Albertus FC's Frits Platvoet. But to his dismay, Frits Platvoet quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. Wawrzyniec Kosel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ferdi Merenga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Albertus FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
