MALZBIER's Rodriguinho Zonta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ferdi Merenga in the 17th minute of play. Ger Tollenaar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos Alberto Figueiredo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 52nd match minute, MALZBIER was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jairo Moura to maneuver through the defense. 53 minutes into the match, MALZBIER's goal looked a bit too open when Gert Hebert came free, but Rodriguinho Zonta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gilvan Vergílio was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 55th minute. MALZBIER's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. 69 minutes into the game, Frits Platvoet cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Rodriguinho Zonta was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Rodriguinho Zonta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frits Platvoet, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 75th minute, Frits Platvoet made a precise shot to the right of Rodriguinho Zonta. MALZBIER's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. After 80 played minutes MALZBIER got a freekick which was hit by Gildo Torres. When Hubert Ottens came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Albertus FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hubert Ottens couldn't finish the play. Rodriguinho Zonta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frits Platvoet in the 86th minute of the match. In the 87th minute, Kaká Cardozo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Edgard Schiphouwer hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Carlos Alberto Figueiredo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Ger Tollenaar made a huge save. Albertus FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
