After 6 minutes, Dominguez Guitian mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Golden Dragón F.C and the S.E. Cachoeirinha players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 6th minute, Dominguez Guitian hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 13 minutes into the game, Hélder Proença was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. S.E. Cachoeirinha's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Golden Dragón F.C the free kick. After 13 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for S.E. Cachoeirinha! After 15 minutes S.E. Cachoeirinha's goalkeeper Ismael de Carvalho managed, with a little bit of luck, save Cerilo Valben's penalty, on his right side after a tricky shot. The excitement rose when Golden Dragón F.C's Cerilo Valben after 15 played minutes turned away three defenders near the goal, and after that shot a ball that was too difficult for S.E. Cachoeirinha's goalkeeper to hold. Score! 2-0. In the 17th match minute, Golden Dragón F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paskal Panguision to maneuver through the defense. Rafinha Gonçalves hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Paskal Panguision struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Ismael de Carvalho didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Golden Dragón F.C. Paskal Panguision sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 32 minutes into the game, Paskal Panguision recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ismael de Carvalho. Paskal Panguision showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. Elpidio Cerrajeria recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 40 minutes into the match, Rafinha Gonçalves notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Golden Dragón F.C's Basilio Colomes. Basilio Colomes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With an all-out effort, Golden Dragón F.C's Ismael de Carvalho threw himself towards the right post 43 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Paskal Panguision, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Paskal Panguision scored 4-1 in the 43rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ismael de Carvalho, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Josu Mendibuey fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ismael de Carvalho having to interfere. 53 minutes into the match, Paskal Panguision notched a goal, 5-1, to the right of S.E. Cachoeirinha's Ismael de Carvalho. Ismael de Carvalho was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Paskal Panguision had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Josu Mendibuey in the 65th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ismael de Carvalho saved S.E. Cachoeirinha from getting behind. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Reginaldo Teixeira during the 67th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Golden Dragón F.C booed when S.E. Cachoeirinha was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Reginaldo Teixeira didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 79th match minute, S.E. Cachoeirinha was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lauro Moura to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Reginaldo Teixeira in the 85th minute of play forced Golden Dragón F.C's goalkeeper Basilio Colomes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rafinha Gonçalves could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Basilio Colomes made a huge save. Ismael de Carvalho didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Josu Mendibuey went, in the 88th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-1 was the resulting score. Basilio Colomes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rafinha Gonçalves in the 94th minute. In the 96th minute, Elpidio Cerrajeria left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Golden Dragón F.C fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-1. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Golden Dragón F.C fully deserved thier win.
