Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alistair Leslie in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bart-Jan Maenhout prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 42nd minute, Lauren Van Den Abeele reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Duke Carney. The goal made the score 1-0. Matteo Van Halbeeck lost his temper 47 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Matteo Van Halbeeck kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match. In the 49th minute, Kerry Petty got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Steffe Van De Wijngaert to strike the kick off in the second half. Bart-Jan Maenhout made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Marc Saldana sent off a good shot on target. After some careless play in the Circus BAF defense, Alistair Leslie kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bart-Jan Maenhout. The Circus BAF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bart-Jan Maenhout should have stopped the shot. Bart-Jan Maenhout took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alistair Leslie, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lauren Van Den Abeele during the 71st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 77 minutes in the game, Alistair Leslie fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Bart-Jan Maenhout having to interfere. 80 minutes into the match, Alistair Leslie dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Bart-Jan Maenhout, 1-2. After 87 played minutes Khachatryan got a freekick which was hit by Junior Hemphill. In the 95th match minute, Circus BAF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Steffe Van De Wijngaert to maneuver through the defense. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Khachatryan walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
