Santiago Cabezudo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fidel Bingen having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Santiago Cabezudo got free with Fidel Bingen in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 29th match minute, Villaverde Celeste Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Giuliano David to maneuver through the defense. Villaverde Celeste Clube's Wilton Berger got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The throw-in from Clemente Gonzales in the 44th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Villaverde Celeste Clube's Frederico Godoi. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

After a rather tough play, Sajones F.C.'s Nunez Quinteros got a free kick in the 54th minute. Wilton Berger charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Wilton Berger the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Wilton Berger hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Sajones F.C.'s Fidel Bingen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Giuliano David in the 72nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Villaverde Celeste Clube's Giuliano David got a free kick in the 75th minute. Villaverde Celeste Clube's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Frederico Godoi in the 80th minute. Villaverde Celeste Clube's Santiago Cabezudo was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Fidel Bingen in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonides Ordono in the 81st minute of play forced Villaverde Celeste Clube's goalkeeper Geovanni Paranaense to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Santiago Cabezudo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Sajones F.C.'s Fidel Bingen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santiago Cabezudo in the 87th minute of play. In the 92nd minute Santiago Cabezudo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fidel Bingen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Despite being the better team, Sajones F.C. failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
