Spectators: 7998 (Terracing: 6000, Seating: 1839, VIP seats: 159) Fågelmara IK's Krister Lundström started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Rutger Skytt kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. John Granberg acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 5th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Valentiano Freitag. 6 minutes into the match, Fågelmara IK's goalkeeper John Granberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Martin Heffliger. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gilberto Jeker in the 7th minute of play forced Fågelmara IK's goalkeeper John Granberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fågelmara IK's John Granberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martin Heffliger in the 9th minute of play. 10 minutes into the game, Uetendorf Wanderers's Gilberto Jeker nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. John Granberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. If Krister Lundström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Valentiano Freitag blasted a shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without John Granberg having to make a save. Fågelmara IK's Karl-Ove Kullgren got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Aron Österberg hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. The supporters of Uetendorf Wanderers booed when Fågelmara IK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aron Österberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. John Granberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gilberto Jeker in the 39th minute of play. Stanislaw Vega kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Krister Lundström was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 45th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal.

After some careless play in the Fågelmara IK defense, Jakob Micheletto kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of John Granberg. The Fågelmara IK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that John Granberg should have stopped the shot. In the 57th minute, Gilberto Jeker made a precise shot to the right of John Granberg. Fågelmara IK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. 65 minutes into the game, Uetendorf Wanderers's Martin Heffliger nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. John Granberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Martin Heffliger recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Fågelmara IK's Aron Österberg got a free kick in the 70th minute. In the 72nd minute Martin Heffliger shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but John Granberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 75th minute Gilberto Jeker shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but John Granberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 78 minutes, Matt Mutach mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Uetendorf Wanderers and the Fågelmara IK players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 78th minute, Matt Mutach hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. John Granberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jakob Micheletto in the 83rd minute of the match. Martin Heffliger took the ball and in the 85 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised John Granberg. John Granberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. Bernie Kuoni sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 89 minutes into the match, Fågelmara IK's goal looked a bit too open when Martin Heffliger came free, but John Granberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. John Granberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martin Heffliger in the 95th minute of the match. When the referee ended the match the Uetendorf Wanderers players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
