Gerard Barth tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 10 played minutes THE ROKERY PIMKIS got a freekick which was hit by Ove Korner. Gualtier Jetté didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Martin Heffliger went, in the 11th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gilberto Jeker in the 14th minute of play forced THE ROKERY PIMKIS's goalkeeper Gualtier Jetté to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gerard Barth didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when THE ROKERY PIMKIS's Dino Straumann shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-1 in the ordered_time% minute. When Simon Koller fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Uetendorf Wanderers's protests and gave Simon Koller a yellow card for diving instead. Dino Straumann received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Gerard Barth, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Juergen Beyeler could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Gerard Barth made a huge save. 37 minutes into the game, Dino Straumann recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Gerard Barth. Dino Straumann showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. Gualtier Jetté made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martin Heffliger in the 42nd minute of play. Dino Straumann fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gerard Barth having to interfere. After 45 played minutes Uetendorf Wanderers got a freekick which was hit by Bernie Kuoni. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dino Straumann was the one to do the kick off. Dino Straumann fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gerard Barth having to interfere. Juergen Beyeler recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 62 minutes into the match, Uetendorf Wanderers's goal looked a bit too open when Dino Straumann came free, but Gerard Barth reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gerard Barth took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dino Straumann, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 67 played minutes Uetendorf Wanderers got a freekick which was hit by Bernie Kuoni. THE ROKERY PIMKIS made a substitution. Henry Rölli replaced Jonas Lipp. In the 75th match minute, Uetendorf Wanderers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Matt Mutach to maneuver through the defense. Uetendorf Wanderers's Gerard Barth played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dino Straumann in the 76th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Valentiano Freitag during the 84th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 84th match minute, Uetendorf Wanderers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valentiano Freitag to maneuver through the defense. Vito Ritter's late challenge caught a THE ROKERY PIMKIS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vito Ritter helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of THE ROKERY PIMKIS booed when Uetendorf Wanderers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vito Ritter didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gerard Barth took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dino Straumann, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Uetendorf Wanderers's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
