Spectators: 7946 (Terracing: 5960, Seating: 1828, VIP seats: 158) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Valeriy Chirkov got the match started through his kick off. 4 minutes into the match, Arsenal F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Per-Oskar Borre came free, but Pavel Chabanov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pavel Chabanov was a little too slow when Per-Oskar Borre got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 9th minute. The score was now 1-0. John Granberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arkadiy Svetlov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aron Österberg kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. John Granberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eduard Florianov, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Malte Fastesson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Pavel Chabanov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. John Granberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valeriy Gribin in the 25th minute of play. The supporters of Arsenal F.C. booed when Fågelmara IK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Karl-Johan Qvarnström didn't get a good kick on the ball. John Granberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valeriy Chirkov, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. A collision led to Fågelmara IK getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Rutger Skytt hit a great ball. Valeriy Gribin, 31 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Krister Lundström kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Pavel Chabanov. That made the score 2-0 in the 35 minute of play. Pavel Chabanov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Krister Lundström, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. In the 40th match minute, Fågelmara IK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Per-Oskar Borre to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Fågelmara IK's Aron Österberg got a free kick in the 43rd minute.

If Per-Oskar Borre had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rutger Skytt kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Valeriy Gribin got free with John Granberg in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some careless play in the Arsenal F.C. defense, Jan-Erik Brovall kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pavel Chabanov. The Arsenal F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pavel Chabanov should have stopped the shot. In the 66th minute, Valeriy Gribin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 71st minute Per-Oskar Borre shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pavel Chabanov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 73rd minute Valeriy Gribin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but John Granberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Per-Oskar Borre recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Pavel Chabanov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Per-Oskar Borre, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pavel Chabanov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Krister Lundström in the 94th minute of the match. For all the effort they put into the match, the Arsenal F.C. players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Fågelmara IK.
