Spectators: 7950 (Terracing: 5964, Seating: 1828, VIP seats: 158) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Gilberto Jeker kicked off to start the match. After 2 played minutes LA LUZ F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Froilan Ofelio. Uetendorf Wanderers's Jakob Micheletto got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Eulalio Veronica came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the LA LUZ F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eulalio Veronica couldn't finish the play. 19 minutes into the match, Uetendorf Wanderers's goalkeeper Gerard Barth had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eulalio Veronica. LA LUZ F.C.'s Simon Quinten was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Gerard Barth in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 25th minute the ball was on its way in behind Uetendorf Wanderers's goalkeeper Gerard Barth, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 29 minutes, Igor Luzea mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the LA LUZ F.C. and the Uetendorf Wanderers players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, LA LUZ F.C.'s Igor Luzea got a free kick in the 29th minute. Gilberto Jeker recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to LA LUZ F.C. getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Roman Garin hit a great ball. Rosendo Gelmiro came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Uetendorf Wanderers's Jakob Micheletto. But to his dismay, Jakob Micheletto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 44th minute, Eulalio Veronica ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gerard Barth was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. In the 46th minute, Martin Heffliger hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

LA LUZ F.C. made a substitution. Daniel Sabino replaced Zacarias Pagomari. LA LUZ F.C.'s Fabian Rosario was substituted for Orlando Johans. After 53 played minutes LA LUZ F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Maximino Berart. Gilberto Jeker hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Maximino Berart in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gerard Barth saved Uetendorf Wanderers from getting behind. In the 60th minute Maximino Berart shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gerard Barth saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rosendo Gelmiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gilberto Jeker in the 64th minute of the match. The supporters of Uetendorf Wanderers booed when LA LUZ F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eulalio Veronica didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Jakob Micheletto fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Uetendorf Wanderers's protests and gave Jakob Micheletto a yellow card for diving instead. After 72 played minutes Uetendorf Wanderers got a freekick which was hit by Jakob Micheletto. After 73 minutes of play Uetendorf Wanderers's Jakob Micheletto was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Maximino Berart's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gerard Barth read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 77th minute of play. Gilberto Jeker received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Rosendo Gelmiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, LA LUZ F.C.'s Froilan Ofelio got a free kick in the 81st minute. 88 minutes into the game, Gilberto Jeker recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Rosendo Gelmiro. Gilberto Jeker showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. Gerard Barth came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by LA LUZ F.C.'s Maximino Berart. But to his dismay, Maximino Berart quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2.
