Spectators: 7857 (Terracing: 6046, Seating: 1701, VIP seats: 110) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Miguel Joseph kicked off to start the match. Hilario Flores came free with the goalkeeper in the 5th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Virgílio Lima could save by the left post. Miguel Joseph stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Virgílio Lima. 1-0. 11 minutes into the match, Ique Football Club's goal looked a bit too open when Miguel Joseph came free, but Virgílio Lima reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 12th match minute, Monte Hermoso Beach was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arnaldo Matro to maneuver through the defense. In the 13th minute, Aurélien Tchouaméni left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ique Football Club fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Ique Football Club's Aurélien Tchouaméni couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 21st minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Monte Hermoso Beach. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hilario Flores got free with Virgílio Lima in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Monte Hermoso Beach's Eleuterio Aztore played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabiano de Amaral in the 29th minute of play. Basilio Demario kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. 36 minutes into the game, Joélson de Andrade was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ique Football Club's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Monte Hermoso Beach the free kick. A collision led to Ique Football Club getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Joélson de Andrade hit a great ball. Ique Football Club's Virgílio Lima proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Ique Football Club from getting a goal against them. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Monte Hermoso Beach made a substitution. Benjamin Arotza replaced Hilario Flores. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Christiano Matos was the one to do the kick off. Damian Napier hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Monte Hermoso Beach's Eleuterio Aztore played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabiano de Amaral in the 57th minute of play. Virgílio Lima came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by Monte Hermoso Beach's Marco Bixintxo. But to his dismay, Marco Bixintxo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. In the 74th minute Joélson de Andrade shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eleuterio Aztore saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Monte Hermoso Beach booed when Ique Football Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rafael Pena didn't get a good kick on the ball. Virgílio Lima showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcelino Ospin in the 76th minute of the match. Benjamin Arotza hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Virgílio Lima showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marco Bixintxo, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. After a rather tough play, Monte Hermoso Beach's Moises Harri got a free kick in the 93rd minute. 95 minutes into the game, Rafael Pena was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ique Football Club's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Monte Hermoso Beach the free kick. After 95 played minutes Ique Football Club got a freekick which was hit by Rafael Pena. Isidro Ourente took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 96th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Virgílio Lima. Ique Football Club's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Monte Hermoso Beach had won after a very even match.
