Emiel van der Gun took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dávid Fekete, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 8 played minutes Nagyváradi AC got a freekick which was hit by Aurél Hellinger. The long shot by Toni Stühling in the 9th minute really tested Attila Kossuth's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Gerrit van der Weerden's late challenge caught a Nagyváradi AC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gerrit van der Weerden helped the player get up and apologised. After 10 played minutes Mijdrecht Maffia got a freekick which was hit by Gerrit van der Weerden. In the 10th minute of the match Krisztián Magyar sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Emiel van der Gun skillfully saved the ball. The supporters of Nagyváradi AC booed when Mijdrecht Maffia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marick van Fessum didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 24th minute, Toni Stühling ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Attila Kossuth was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. In the 27th minute, Mijdrecht Maffia's Rolf Schophuis ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Attila Kossuth. Attila Kossuth yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. Gerrit van der Weerden recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 32 minutes, Gyula Vígh managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nagyváradi AC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gyula Vígh was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 43rd minute, Rolf Schophuis made a precise shot to the right of Attila Kossuth. Nagyváradi AC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 6-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Toni Stühling made a kick off. In the 54th minute Toni Stühling shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Attila Kossuth saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nagyváradi AC's Attila Kossuth played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Toni Stühling in the 65th minute of play. Benjámin Vermes hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Toni Stühling took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Attila Kossuth. Attila Kossuth dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. After a rather tough play, Nagyváradi AC's Sándor Jósa got a free kick in the 71st minute. 74 minutes into the match, Gerrit van der Weerden had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Attila Kossuth. Nagyváradi AC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gerrit van der Weerden was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-0. 82 minutes into the match, Dave Siebum had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Attila Kossuth. Nagyváradi AC's Attila Kossuth played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dave Siebum in the 94th minute of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Mijdrecht Maffia fully deserved thier win.
