Attila Kossuth made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Henric Martinsson in the 4th minute of play. FC Kurdistan's Allan Isaksson got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Henric Martinsson hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Renátó Marton kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Attila Kossuth didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kia Motor went, in the 14th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henric Martinsson in the 18th minute of play forced Nagyváradi AC's goalkeeper Attila Kossuth to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Nagyváradi AC getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Gábor Kásás hit a great ball. In the 21st match minute, Nagyváradi AC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aurél Hellinger to maneuver through the defense. Nicklas Dalkvist recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mikael Granström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gyula Vígh in the 30th minute of play. In the 34th minute, Allan Isaksson made a precise shot to the right of Attila Kossuth. Nagyváradi AC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Attila Kossuth showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Brown Bear in the 41st minute of the match. Tamás Bihari hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Henric Martinsson made the kick off in the second half. If Brown Bear had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 53rd minute, FC Kurdistan's Jan Lekberg seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Jan Lekberg the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of FC Kurdistan protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Jan Lekberg had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 53 played minutes FC Kurdistan got a freekick which was hit by Jan Lekberg. Krisztián Magyar took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 54th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Mikael Granström. FC Kurdistan's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Nicklas Dalkvist took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 56th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Attila Kossuth. When Nils Zachrisson fell near the penalty area in the 82nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Kurdistan's protests and gave Nils Zachrisson a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Nagyváradi AC booed when FC Kurdistan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nils Zachrisson didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 83rd minute of the match Sándor Jósa shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mikael Granström showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 84th minute, Gábor Kásás hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Attila Kossuth made an important save on a dangerous shot by Henric Martinsson in the 85th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Brown Bear during the 86th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Attila Kossuth showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Gyula Vígh fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mikael Granström having to interfere. In the 95th minute, Kia Motor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 96 played minutes, Nagyváradi AC's Krisztián Magyar shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Mikael Granström came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Nagyváradi AC reached it. FC Kurdistan's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
