An unexpectedly hard shot by Victor da Fonseca in the 4th minute of play forced Chorroarín's goalkeeper Gabriel Salvidor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 7 minutes into the game, Celso Varela threw the ball into play from the sideline. Chorroarín's Lino Beila quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. The supporters of Chorroarín booed when AS Pikachuzim was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gildo da Fonseca didn't get a good kick on the ball. Victor da Fonseca struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Gabriel Salvidor didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AS Pikachuzim. Gabriel Salvidor came out of the goal in the 45th minute to try and stop a shot by AS Pikachuzim's Evandro Varela. But to his dismay, Evandro Varela quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After the first half AS Pikachuzim were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Octavio Oinatz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Basílio Trigo having to interfere. After some careless play in the Chorroarín defense, Victor da Fonseca kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gabriel Salvidor. The Chorroarín fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gabriel Salvidor should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Evandro Varela in the 64th minute of play forced Chorroarín's goalkeeper Gabriel Salvidor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 79th minute of the match, Evandro Varela tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Gabriel Salvidor saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Evandro Varela took the ball and in the 85 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gabriel Salvidor. Gabriel Salvidor dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. AS Pikachuzim's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
