Purple Talents's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Tevfik Unat ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 24th minute of the match, Levi Audenaert tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Şadi Cihaner saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Baturalp Özdener managed to get in a good position for a shot. Erzincan MustafaKemalPaşa's supporters rose to their feet, but Baturalp Özdener was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Michael Campens breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 44th minute Önder Salman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Michael Campens saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 46 minutes into the match, Erzincan MustafaKemalPaşa's Önder Salman sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Michael Campens narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Birger De Coster during the 46th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ferman Sabri was the one to do the kick off. Purple Talents's Michael Campens played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baturalp Özdener in the 52nd minute of play. Remco Van Der Elst took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Şadi Cihaner. Şadi Cihaner dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. With a little luck, Purple Talents's Michael Campens got control of the ball when Baturalp Özdener tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Charl Mesmaekers in the 58th minute of play forced Erzincan MustafaKemalPaşa's goalkeeper Şadi Cihaner to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Erzincan MustafaKemalPaşa getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Ferman Sabri hit a great ball. Erzincan MustafaKemalPaşa's Recep Talha Ozan was substituted for Ali Numan Akgöze. Baturalp Özdener sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Michael Campens made an important save on a dangerous shot by Önder Salman in the 90th minute. Önder Salman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Michael Campens made a huge save. After 94 played minutes Purple Talents got a freekick which was hit by Emiel Reijniers.
