The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 12 minutes into the match, Scarlet Speedster's goalkeeper Ronaldão Lucas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Desiderio Izel. After 13 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Scarlet Speedster! 15 minutes into the game, αѕαɗо γ ςαвεʀηετ's Artemio Delfino nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ronaldão Lucas made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. With a little luck, Scarlet Speedster's Ronaldão Lucas got control of the ball when Desiderio Izel tried to sneak it across the goal line. Artemio Delfino could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Ronaldão Lucas made a huge save. Alex Falcão recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Desiderio Izel kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ronaldão Lucas. That made the score 3-0 in the 31 minute of play. In the 36th minute Laureano Salvatore shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ronaldão Lucas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Robustiano Casado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alex Falcão in the 44th minute of the match. After 47 played minutes αѕαɗо γ ςαвεʀηετ got a freekick which was hit by Reynaldo Kaxen. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alex Falcão made a kick off. In the 52nd minute Alex Falcão shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robustiano Casado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Kaká Romero fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Scarlet Speedster's protests and gave Kaká Romero a yellow card for diving instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Laureano Salvatore in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ronaldão Lucas saved Scarlet Speedster from getting behind. In the 56th minute Alex Falcão shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robustiano Casado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kauan Valle recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 61st minute the ball was on its way in behind αѕαɗо γ ςαвεʀηετ's goalkeeper Robustiano Casado, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Robustiano Casado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from José de Amorim, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Robustiano Casado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alex Falcão in the 71st minute of play. If Desiderio Izel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Allan Souto hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. If José de Amorim had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 87th minute Kauan Valle shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robustiano Casado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Artemio Delfino took the ball and in the 96 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ronaldão Lucas. Ronaldão Lucas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0.
