The supporters of Strib Galacticos IF booed when Ɍυƒυs™ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alex Arruda didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 21 played minutes, Strib Galacticos IF's Ernst Bartz shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Maurício Estrada came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Strib Galacticos IF reached it. Higino Viveiros could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Rikardt Kjeldsvig made a huge save. After 28 minutes of play, Ɍυƒυs™'s Gusmão Leiria made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rikardt Kjeldsvig was left in no man's land by his defense there! After having played for 31 minutes, Wilson Maciel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ɍυƒυs™'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Wilson Maciel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 35th minute, Gusmão Leiria made a precise shot to the right of Rikardt Kjeldsvig. Strib Galacticos IF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Wilson Maciel got free with Rikardt Kjeldsvig in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hélder Resende couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Ɍυƒυs™ getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Alex Arruda hit a great ball. If Wilson Maciel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alfred Dærup in the 69th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Maurício Estrada saved Ɍυƒυs™ from getting behind. When Ɍυƒυs™'s Gusmão Leiria in the 73rd minute got a chance for a shot 73rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Higino Viveiros charged in rather forcefully in the 80th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Rikardt Kjeldsvig was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Strib Galacticos IF's Rikardt Kjeldsvig played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wilson Maciel in the 95th minute of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Ɍυƒυs™ fans cheered their team off the field, for while Strib Galacticos IF had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
