Vicente Urre showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ruben Maurin, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. After 11 played minutes La Candela FC got a freekick which was hit by Saul Flor. After 13 played minutes La Candela FC got a freekick which was hit by Benigno Guillem. Barrilete Cósmico FC's Lázaro Cesario couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 14th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for La Candela FC. La Candela FC's Vicente Urre proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save La Candela FC from getting a goal against them. Erasmo Aguilera charged in rather forcefully in the 33rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Erasmo Aguilera the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Erasmo Aguilera hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. A collision led to Barrilete Cósmico FC getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Victor Enol hit a great ball. Bruno Seguinus hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. The supporters of La Candela FC booed when Barrilete Cósmico FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lázaro Cesario didn't get a good kick on the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Baldomiro Gonzalez succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-1 in the 52nd playminute. Vicente Urre took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Apolo Ixidor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 57 minutes, Baldomiro Gonzalez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the La Candela FC and the Barrilete Cósmico FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. When Rogelio Montes fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored La Candela FC's protests and gave Rogelio Montes a yellow card for diving instead. In the 62nd minute, Rogelio Montes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Apolo Ixidor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Vicente Urre tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 67th minute Baldomiro Gonzalez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leopoldo Txomin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vicente Urre made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Palban in the 76th minute of play. Jairo Intxixu kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. After 80 minutes of play, La Candela FC's Justo Lon made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Leopoldo Txomin was left in no man's land by his defense there! Lucio Matia got his second yellow card in the match during the 84th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Lucio Matia hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in La Candela FC's zone, Victor Enol stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vicente Urre came out of the goal and Victor Enol tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Vicente Urre made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ruben Maurin in the 87th minute of play. Ruben Maurin scored 2-2 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vicente Urre, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
