Alex Lidberg started the match with the kick off. Pascual Luzaide took the ball and in the 3 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sebastian Skarkman. Sebastian Skarkman dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Sebastian Skarkman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pascual Luzaide in the 5th minute of the match. Bonifacio Valerio kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. The Northmen Army's Sebastian Skarkman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eliseo Remigio in the 10th minute of play. Sebastian Skarkman didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Pascual Luzaide went, in the 13th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. A collision led to Cougars FC getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Ramon Rufo hit a great ball. Justo Tohias struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Sebastian Skarkman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cougars FC. If Ernst Holmberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 41st minute Justo Tohias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sebastian Skarkman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpected shot in the 45th minute by Pål Mjølner got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The The Northmen Army players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Cougars FC were winning 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Justo Tohias to make the kick off. Sebastian Skarkman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pascual Luzaide in the 52nd minute of play. Sebastian Skarkman was out of position in the 57 minute of play, and Pascual Luzaide capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Pascual Luzaide really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3. In the 60th match minute, Cougars FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bonifacio Valerio to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Cougars FC's zone, Ernst Holmberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bertin Yashin came out of the goal and Ernst Holmberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ulrik Säv charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ulrik Säv the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The The Northmen Army supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Cougars FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Cougars FC.
