When Victor Răchită fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ares FC -MM-'s protests and gave Victor Răchită a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Ares FC -MM-'s Victor Răchită got a free kick in the 21st minute. 22 minutes into the game, Thilo Haupt was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Academica Pulheim's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ares FC -MM- the free kick. The supporters of Academica Pulheim booed when Ares FC -MM- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alex Iorga didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gigi Arosculeseis short, quick shot in the 41stth minute got Alvo Kobe to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The wind increased when Pompiliu Cristescu made the kick off in the second half. Alvo Kobe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gigi Arosculesei in the 58th minute of the match. Barnabas Rogge received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Traian Pantea came out and tried to block the shot, but Barnabas Rogge slotted it home off the left post making it 0-1 in the 60th minute. When Constantin Stoicescu came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Ares FC -MM- fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Constantin Stoicescu couldn't finish the play. Alvo Kobe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victor Răchită, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. In the 69th minute, Victor Răchită hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alvo Kobe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pompiliu Cristescu in the 72nd minute of play. A collision led to Academica Pulheim getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Hadrian Greilinger hit a great ball. Aurelian Lupoi was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 74th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Dominik Zintl hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Pompiliu Cristescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alvo Kobe having to interfere. In the 80th minute Constantin Stoicescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alvo Kobe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 87 played minutes Academica Pulheim got a freekick which was hit by Gunther Daun. Alvo Kobe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victor Răchită, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. After 93 played minutes Ares FC -MM- got a freekick which was hit by Aristide Chihaia. Alvo Kobe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gigi Arosculesei in the 95th minute of the match. The Ares FC -MM- manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Academica Pulheim to win.
