Blanco Chagavia started the match with the kick off. A collision led to Lobo Guará getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Róbson da Silva hit a great ball. After 7 minutes of play, Lobo Guará's Artur Branco made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Roberto Baiano was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Kaxen Roca showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 12 minute of play. After a rather tough play, Lobo Guará's Pedro Augusto Baiano got a free kick in the 25th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Blanco Chagavia in the 26th minute of play forced Lobo Guará's goalkeeper Roberto Baiano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Claudinei Murrillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Claudinei Tande fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elia Negroni having to interfere. Roberto Baiano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kaxen Roca, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Artur Branco was the one to do the kick off. 56 minutes into the match, Valhalla F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Artur Branco came free, but Elia Negroni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Valhalla F.C.'s Elia Negroni played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Róbson da Silva in the 61st minute of play. John Echandi charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed John Echandi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Valhalla F.C. getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. After 66 played minutes Valhalla F.C. got a freekick which was hit by John Echandi. Blanco Chagavia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 81st match minute, Lobo Guará was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Claudinei Tande to maneuver through the defense. In the 85th match minute, Valhalla F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lesardo Galve to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Valhalla F.C.'s Elia Negroni got control of the ball when Artur Branco tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Lobo Guará's Paulo Renato Arce got a free kick in the 90th minute. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
