The Made in Paraguay fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. After a rather tough play, Made in Paraguay's Fulgencio Limia got a free kick in the 19th minute. Palestra do Interior's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jhon Barcellos in the 21st minute. A nice corner shot did that Jhon Barcellos got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Vimaro Buerga quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Vimaro Buerga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dorival Almeida, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cresencio Felpeto's late challenge caught a Palestra do Interior's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cresencio Felpeto helped the player get up and apologised. In the 27th match minute, Made in Paraguay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cresencio Felpeto to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Locaio Jerez in the 31st minute of play forced Palestra do Interior's goalkeeper Antônio Carlos Cavalcante to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by William Luz in the 33rd minute of play forced Made in Paraguay's goalkeeper Vimaro Buerga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 47 minutes into the match, Locaio Jerez notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Palestra do Interior's Antônio Carlos Cavalcante. After a rather tough play, Made in Paraguay's Cresencio Felpeto got a free kick in the 98th minute. Jhon Barcellos was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 98th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. When the referee blew the final whistle, Made in Paraguay could leave the field as winners, despite Palestra do Interior having more of the ball for most of the match.
