The coaching staff of Vł₦ɆłⱤØ ₣₵ protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Juan Eder had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 8th minute of the game. One of Vł₦ɆłⱤØ ₣₵:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Made in Paraguay:s goal. In the 10th minute there was a penalty for Made in Paraguay. Martinez Cardenas stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Ricardo Alpert. 0-1. When Locaio Jerez came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Made in Paraguay fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Locaio Jerez couldn't finish the play. In the 21st minute Locaio Jerez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ricardo Alpert saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vimaro Buerga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Omar Macerio, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jeraldo Nieto in the 24th minute of play forced Vł₦ɆłⱤØ ₣₵'s goalkeeper Ricardo Alpert to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Made in Paraguay's Vimaro Buerga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Omar Macerio in the 29th minute of play. 30 minutes into the match, Locaio Jerez notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Vł₦ɆłⱤØ ₣₵'s Ricardo Alpert. Ricardo Alpert was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Vimaro Buerga was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Vimaro Buerga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jesus Eyague, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Vł₦ɆłⱤØ ₣₵ were awarded a corner in the 76th minute after Made in Paraguay's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Agostini took the corner. Fulgencio Limia could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Ricardo Alpert made a huge save. A collision led to Made in Paraguay getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Martinez Cardenas hit a great ball. Daniel Agostini took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 82nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Vimaro Buerga. Made in Paraguay's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The supporters of Vł₦ɆłⱤØ ₣₵ booed when Made in Paraguay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Locaio Jerez didn't get a good kick on the ball. 87 minutes into the match, Made in Paraguay's goal looked a bit too open when Uriel Santo came free, but Vimaro Buerga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ricardo Alpert was a little too slow when Jeraldo Nieto got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 89th minute. The score was now 1-3. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Made in Paraguay eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
