An unexpectedly hard shot by Severino Sotero in the 21st minute of play forced SICARIOS Fútbol Club's goalkeeper Laurín Grebe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 22 played minutes SICARIOS Fútbol Club got a freekick which was hit by Juan Estevan Valdivia. Terremoto FC's Arnaldo Chayo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Terremoto FC from getting a goal against them. Rosendo Gonsalvo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 35th minute Arnau Bacquet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnaldo Chayo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Severino Sotero in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Laurín Grebe saved SICARIOS Fútbol Club from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in SICARIOS Fútbol Club's zone, Ariel Celipe stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Laurín Grebe came out of the goal and Ariel Celipe tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. José Francisco Guzmán was the one to do the kick off. Teofilo Raitin's late challenge caught a SICARIOS Fútbol Club's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Teofilo Raitin helped the player get up and apologised. After 52 played minutes, SICARIOS Fútbol Club's Paco Parrasia shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Arnaldo Chayo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in SICARIOS Fútbol Club reached it. Arnaldo Chayo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from José Francisco Guzmán in the 58th minute of the match. In the 63rd minute, Ariel Celipe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Terremoto FC's Horacio Etxahun was substituted for Atilano Abechuco. A collision led to Terremoto FC getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Ariel Celipe hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, SICARIOS Fútbol Club's Juan Fernando Soloaga got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Laurín Grebe made an important save on a dangerous shot by Enrique Bento in the 73rd minute. After having played for 76 minutes, Severino Sotero managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Terremoto FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Severino Sotero was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Laurín Grebe made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cesar Bartoleme in the 85th minute. Terremoto FC's Arnaldo Chayo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arnau Bacquet in the 86th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Arnau Bacquet's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Arnaldo Chayo was relentless in the 90th minute of the game. In the 94th minute, Cesar Bartoleme ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Laurín Grebe was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Terremoto FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
