Spectators: 8393 (Terracing: 6297, Seating: 1930, VIP seats: 166) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Leopoldo Ostadar took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 6 played minutes DENVER™ got a freekick which was hit by Amadeu Bezerra. In a very dangerous position, a player in Project B fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 12th minute. Penalty! The referee gave DENVER™ a penalty, 13 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Luiz Guilherme Toscano, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Project B's Octavio Abeijon. 0-1. Leopoldo Ostadar hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Octavio Abeijon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nilton Netto in the 26th minute of the match. In the 28th minute, Luiz Guilherme Toscano left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The DENVER™ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mathias Carvalho in the 31st minute of play forced Project B's goalkeeper Octavio Abeijon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 32nd minute, Eusebio Thomas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leopoldo Ostadar blasted a shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without João Paulo Baiano having to make a save. Luiz Guilherme Toscano struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Octavio Abeijon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for DENVER™. In the 44th minute Waldir Romero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Octavio Abeijon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Luiz Guilherme Toscano was the one to do the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as DENVER™'s Luiz Guilherme Toscano slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Octavio Abeijon. That made the score 0-3 after 51 minutes of play. Octavio Abeijon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mathias Carvalho, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. 56 minutes into the match, Project B's goal looked a bit too open when Mathias Carvalho came free, but Octavio Abeijon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nilton Netto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Octavio Abeijon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Waldir Romero in the 62nd minute of play. After 63 played minutes Project B got a freekick which was hit by Evelio Lamberto. In the 65th minute Mathias Carvalho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Octavio Abeijon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Octavio Abeijon made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Luiz Guilherme Toscano sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Project B's Manuel Merexildo got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Octavio Abeijon acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 74th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Nilton Netto. If Leopoldo Ostadar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alfonso Erasto hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Octavio Abeijon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Waldir Romero in the 83rd minute of the match. After 92 minutes, Manuel Merexildo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Project B and the DENVER™ players grew even worse after the yellow card. Project B's Octavio Abeijon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Waldir Romero in the 93rd minute of play. DENVER™'s fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
