The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Leopoldo Ostadar struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Luchito De Leon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Project B. Octavio Abeijon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ramón Ortega, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. After 14 played minutes, Pαɳαɱα Jυɳισɾʂ FC's Cheito Arauz shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Octavio Abeijon came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Pαɳαɱα Jυɳισɾʂ FC reached it. Project B's Octavio Abeijon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ramón Ortega in the 16th minute of play. Project B's Alfonso Erasto got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 22nd minute, Ramón Ortega left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pαɳαɱα Jυɳισɾʂ FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. In the 32nd minute Ramón Ortega shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Octavio Abeijon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 33 played minutes Pαɳαɱα Jυɳισɾʂ FC got a freekick which was hit by Cheito Arauz. After recieving a nice pass, Project B's Leopoldo Ostadar tried to score from far away in the 34th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Leopoldo Ostadar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Luchito De Leon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ramón Herbruger charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ramón Herbruger the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Octavio Abeijon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ramón Ortega in the 46th minute of play. After the first half Pαɳαɱα Jυɳισɾʂ FC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Leopoldo Ostadar stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ramón Ortega in the 53rd minute of play forced Project B's goalkeeper Octavio Abeijon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Project B's defense didn't have a chance, in the 56th minute, when Ramón Ortega scored to the left of an out of position Octavio Abeijon, making the score, 0-3. 61 minutes into the match, Project B's goal looked a bit too open when Ramón Ortega came free, but Octavio Abeijon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 66 minutes into the match, Rigoberto Villalaz dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Octavio Abeijon, 0-4. Rigoberto Villalaz received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Octavio Abeijon came out and tried to block the shot, but Rigoberto Villalaz slotted it home off the left post making it 0-5 in the 71st minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Julio Brandao in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Octavio Abeijon prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Luis Herrera fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Octavio Abeijon having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Project B's Alfonso Erasto got a free kick in the 80th minute. In the 82nd minute, Luis Herrera ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Octavio Abeijon was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. Octavio Abeijon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ramón Ortega in the 88th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Pαɳαɱα Jυɳισɾʂ FC's Ramón Ortega slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Octavio Abeijon. That made the score 0-7 after 91 minutes of play. Pαɳαɱα Jυɳισɾʂ FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
