After a rather tough play, FC Barrera 2.0's Gildo Novaes got a free kick in the 4th minute. 11 minutes into the game, Nuno Cordeiro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Tobias Paixão was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Tobias Paixão came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Barrera 2.0's Nuno Cordeiro. But to his dismay, Nuno Cordeiro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 20th match minute, FC Barrera 2.0 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pedro Luís Luz to maneuver through the defense. Tobias Paixão showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valério dos Santos, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. José Guarda took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Betão Paulista. Betão Paulista dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. A collision led to FC Fura Balizas getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Vítor Sabrosa hit a great ball. The supporters of FC Fura Balizas booed when FC Barrera 2.0 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nuno Cordeiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Valério dos Santos made a kick off. Tobias Paixão showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valério dos Santos in the 53rd minute of the match. Tobias Paixão showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adalberto Pinheiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. In the 74th minute, Valério dos Santos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. FC Barrera 2.0's Betão Paulista played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julião Barcelos in the 76th minute of play. When Jacinto Rodrigues fell near the penalty area in the 77th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Fura Balizas's protests and gave Jacinto Rodrigues a yellow card for diving instead.
