But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rodolfo Donato couldn't finish the play. Murillo Valladares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jose Artizar, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Rodolfo Donato was extremely unlucky when he, in the 11th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. A sloppy throw-in by Régis Sampaio in the 14th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Anjullan AFC's Roque Felo. With a little luck, Anjullan AFC's Elias Cristos got control of the ball when Álvaro Tróia tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Anjullan AFC getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Roque Felo hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in MUSHIBA FC's zone, Victorio Cordairo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Murillo Valladares came out of the goal and Victorio Cordairo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Anjullan AFC's Elias Cristos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rodolfo Donato in the 32nd minute of play. After 33 minutes, Joel Santos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the MUSHIBA FC and the Anjullan AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 33rd minute, Joel Santos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Elias Cristos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rodolfo Donato, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

In the 56th minute Jose Artizar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Murillo Valladares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Elias Cristos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodolfo Donato in the 58th minute of play. After a rather tough play, MUSHIBA FC's Michel Ramos got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Anjullan AFC made a substitution. Andres Rivas replaced Lázaro Gaizkine. The supporters of Anjullan AFC booed when MUSHIBA FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Michel Ramos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Anjullan AFC's Roque Mannie was substituted for Roque Felo. MUSHIBA FC made a substitution. Ismael Galvão replaced Deivid Dionísio. MUSHIBA FC's Gilmar de Amorim was substituted for Edgard Lopez. Cacá Ramalho was slow to take the kick. During this time MUSHIBA FC's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on MUSHIBA FC's corner Cacá Ramalho fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Elias Cristos quite easily take care of the ball. A collision led to MUSHIBA FC getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Gilmar de Amorim hit a great ball. Murillo Valladares came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by Anjullan AFC's Erubiel Fe. But to his dismay, Erubiel Fe quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. 80 minutes into the game, Victorio Cordairo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Anjullan AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave MUSHIBA FC the free kick. In the 81st match minute, Anjullan AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Victorio Cordairo to maneuver through the defense. Murillo Valladares made an important save on a dangerous shot by Erubiel Fe in the 86th minute. Basilio Salomone charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Basilio Salomone the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Basilio Salomone hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Elias Cristos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cacá Ramalho in the 95th minute of the match. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
