The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the match, Ildefonso Estebano dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Pablo-Enrique Oribe, 1-0. A throw-in in the 6th minute of the game was made by Karlos Bengoechea with Pueblo Orodea as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. C.A.M.P's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Cayetano Thomas in the 10th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Quique Partarroyo during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 23rd minute, Carlos Casado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Erubiel Madaleno in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pablo-Enrique Oribe saved Playa Malvín from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Ildefonso Estebano's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pablo-Enrique Oribe was relentless in the 28th minute of the game. In the 34th minute the ball was on its way in behind C.A.M.P's goalkeeper Cornelio Garcia, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Pablo-Enrique Oribe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 44 minutes into the match, Ildefonso Estebano notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Playa Malvín's Pablo-Enrique Oribe. Pablo-Enrique Oribe was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 48 minutes into the game, Gillermo Puebla cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Cornelio Garcia was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Matthew McConaughey to make the kick off. Pablo-Enrique Oribe didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ildefonso Estebano went, in the 55th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-1 was the resulting score. In the 59th minute, Ildefonso Estebano left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The C.A.M.P fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-1. 62 minutes into the game, C.A.M.P's Ildefonso Estebano nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pablo-Enrique Oribe made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-1. In the 65th minute, Ildefonso Estebano left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The C.A.M.P fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-1. C.A.M.P's Edgardo Evangelista was substituted for Pablo Ubelteso. C.A.M.P's Amador Gorka was substituted for Celestino Ganix. C.A.M.P's Ulises Haritzeder was substituted for Erubiel Madaleno. Pablo-Enrique Oribe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ildefonso Estebano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 76thth minute of the game Ildefonso Estebano who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Playa Malvín's Pablo-Enrique Oribe was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 85 minutes into the match, C.A.M.P's Ildefonso Estebano sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pablo-Enrique Oribe narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Isidoro Txindoki charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. C.A.M.P walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
