In the 91st minute, Marcinho Sampaio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Jovens Democratas MZC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. Adrian Dusett made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benedito Tande in the 96th minute of play. After having played for 98 minutes, Billy Göransson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pihl United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Billy Göransson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Jovens Democratas MZC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Pihl United had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
