The corner led AFK Petržalka's Ivan Kaľavský to fire away a dangerous shot which Adrian Dusett despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. During the 57th minute of the match Tomáš Nickler completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Tomáš Nickler a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game.
