Spectators: 8412 (Terracing: 6309, Seating: 1935, VIP seats: 168) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Antony Cuddihy got the match started through his kick off. In the 4th match minute, Australian Youth Academy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bart Burton to maneuver through the defense. When Eric Lövgren came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the Hummerfiskarna fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eric Lövgren couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Australian Youth Academy's Antony Cuddihy got a free kick in the 8th minute. Eric Lövgren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 20 minutes into the match, Kjell Stolpe notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Australian Youth Academy's Ollie Flesfadar. Ollie Flesfadar was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With 23 minutes on the clock, Eric Lövgren commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 23rd minute, Eric Lövgren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ryan Millard recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 35 minutes into the match, Australian Youth Academy's goal looked a bit too open when Ove Isaksson came free, but Ollie Flesfadar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tor Lundberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antony Cuddihy in the 36th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Antony Cuddihy's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tor Lundberg was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. Australian Youth Academy's Ollie Flesfadar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isak Billock in the 39th minute of play. Kjell Stolpe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Ollie Flesfadar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Australian Youth Academy booed when Hummerfiskarna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tim Jakobsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Everett Kiel got free with Tor Lundberg in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ove Isaksson to make the kick off. In the 59th minute Dakota Gaffigan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tor Lundberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hummerfiskarna's Tor Lundberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dakota Gaffigan in the 64th minute of play. Ollie Flesfadar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kjell Stolpe in the 65th minute of the match. After 68 played minutes Hummerfiskarna got a freekick which was hit by Tim Jakobsson. When Australian Youth Academy's Dakota Gaffigan in the 71st minute got a chance for a shot 71st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Hummerfiskarna's goalie prevented a goal. After 71 minutes, Kurt Vallander mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hummerfiskarna and the Australian Youth Academy players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 74th minute, Hummerfiskarna's Kjell Stolpe dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. The attack was good, but when Kjell Stolpe in the 79th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Tor Lundberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antony Cuddihy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hummerfiskarna's Tor Lundberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olliver Todman in the 84th minute of play. A collision led to Australian Youth Academy getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Dakota Gaffigan hit a great ball.
