Heavenly Hooters's Mark Greaves played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luís Paulo Ferreira in the 5th minute of play. The supporters of Joinville City - FSCMZ booed when Heavenly Hooters was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Steven Millman didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Brynn Mortimer in the 8th minute of play forced Joinville City - FSCMZ's goalkeeper Edmundo Falcão to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Douglas Fairbanks's late challenge caught a Joinville City - FSCMZ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Douglas Fairbanks helped the player get up and apologised. In the 12th minute, Douglas Fairbanks hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Kauã Terra managed to get in a good position for a shot. Joinville City - FSCMZ's supporters rose to their feet, but Kauã Terra was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mark Greaves breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Joinville City - FSCMZ's Edmundo Falcão played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Glen Deeney in the 17th minute of play. After 20 played minutes Joinville City - FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Kauã Terra. Edmundo Falcão came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Heavenly Hooters's Brynn Mortimer. But to his dismay, Brynn Mortimer quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Edmundo Falcão showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicholas Reed, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. During the 30th minute of the match Douglas Fairbanks completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Douglas Fairbanks a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Luiz Fabiano Leão came free with the goalkeeper in the 31st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Mark Greaves could save by the left post. Luiz Fabiano Leão recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 36th minute, Frank Snowden hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Joinville City - FSCMZ's Luís Paulo Ferreira got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 43rd match minute, Heavenly Hooters was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Steven Millman to maneuver through the defense.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Brynn Mortimer was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Joinville City - FSCMZ's Kauã Terra got a free kick in the 51st minute. 51 minutes into the match, Heavenly Hooters's Frank Snowden broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Frank Snowden kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Brynn Mortimer could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Edmundo Falcão made a huge save. After 64 played minutes Heavenly Hooters got a freekick which was hit by Camron Houlahan. Heavenly Hooters made a substitution. Nat Hargraves replaced Glen Deeney. In the 67th match minute, Heavenly Hooters was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nat Hargraves to maneuver through the defense. Joinville City - FSCMZ's Edmundo Falcão proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save Joinville City - FSCMZ from getting a goal against them. Edmundo Falcão showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nat Hargraves in the 79th minute of the match. Edmundo Falcão made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nat Hargraves in the 81st minute of play. In the 81st match minute, Joinville City - FSCMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Filipe Rossi to maneuver through the defense. After 83 played minutes Joinville City - FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Filipe Rossi. A collision led to Joinville City - FSCMZ getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Filipe Rossi hit a great ball. In the 86th minute Brynn Mortimer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edmundo Falcão saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edmundo Falcão showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Brynn Mortimer in the 88th minute of the match. After 89 minutes of play, Heavenly Hooters's Nat Hargraves made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Edmundo Falcão was left in no man's land by his defense there! Nat Hargraves could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Edmundo Falcão made a huge save.
