The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Olimpiu Teodorescu helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to FC Cosula-BTF- getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Olimpiu Teodorescu hit a great ball. Petru Chirea charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. With a little luck, Waitakere F.C.'s Sergio Nazario got control of the ball when Olimpiu Teodorescu tried to sneak it across the goal line. FC Cosula-BTF-'s Olimpiu Teodorescu got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 96th minute, Petru Chirea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
