The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 朱强骏 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jeremias Vale having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by 朱强骏 in the 27th minute of play forced Imbituba - FSCMZ's goalkeeper Jeremias Vale to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luiz Fábio Hermes scored 4-0 in the 38th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of 柳远川, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Joélson Madureira hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell 楚森星 to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute Luiz Fábio Hermes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 柳远川 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 52 minutes into the game, Luiz Fábio Hermes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. 柳远川 was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Luiz Fábio Hermes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Imbituba - FSCMZ's supporters rose to their feet, but Luiz Fábio Hermes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. 柳远川 breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Diguinho Magalhães fell near the penalty area in the 95th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Imbituba - FSCMZ's protests and gave Diguinho Magalhães a yellow card for diving instead. After 95 played minutes Imbituba - FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Diguinho Magalhães. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in ≮王者归来≯匪匪占山为王 reached it. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Imbituba - FSCMZ had won after a very even match.
