Jeremias Vale made a fantastic save in the 3rd minute, when Ofer Maa sent off a good shot on target. Jeremias Vale showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jan Szel in the 6th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, SuRpRiSe's Maksymilian Zielinski got a free kick in the 9th minute. Luiz Fábio Hermes struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Lech Gondela didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Imbituba - FSCMZ. Erasmo Prestes hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Jeremias Vale showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ofer Maa in the 20th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ofer Maa got free with Jeremias Vale in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 26th minute of the match SuRpRiSe got a corner. Imbituba - FSCMZ's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Zbigniew Gregorczyk ran over to the corner to take the kick. Diguinho Magalhães tried in the game's 26th match minute to clear up in front of his own goal but it went so bad that he put the ball into the goal to the left of an unhappy Jeremias Vale. An annoying self made goal, 1-0. 29 minutes into the game, Luiz Fábio Hermes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Lech Gondela was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Lech Gondela made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joélson Madureira in the 33rd minute of play. After 35 played minutes Imbituba - FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Enéas Rodrigues. Jeremias Vale made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jan Szel in the 37th minute of play. When Luiz Fábio Hermes came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Imbituba - FSCMZ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luiz Fábio Hermes couldn't finish the play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Jeremias Vale made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jan Szel in the 52nd minute of play. Lech Gondela showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joélson Madureira in the 56th minute of the match. Ofer Maa's late challenge caught a Imbituba - FSCMZ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ofer Maa helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Imbituba - FSCMZ booed when SuRpRiSe was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ofer Maa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jeremias Vale came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by SuRpRiSe's Ofer Maa. But to his dismay, Ofer Maa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. In the 77thth minute of the game Ofer Maa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Imbituba - FSCMZ's Jeremias Vale was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Erasmo Prestes hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. A collision led to Imbituba - FSCMZ getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Diguinho Magalhães hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Imbituba - FSCMZ's zone, Zbigniew Gregorczyk stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jeremias Vale came out of the goal and Zbigniew Gregorczyk tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lino Souto's late challenge caught a SuRpRiSe's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lino Souto helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Imbituba - FSCMZ's Lino Souto got a free kick in the 83rd minute. In the 85th minute the ball was on its way in behind Imbituba - FSCMZ's goalkeeper Jeremias Vale, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 87th minute, Joélson Madureira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Imbituba - FSCMZ getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Enéas Rodrigues hit a great ball. Imbituba - FSCMZ's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
