Spectators: 7242 (Terracing: 5593, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 149) Hector Pello started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Mitchell Curry hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. Don Malbec blasted a shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Harry Mik having to make a save. Don Malbec sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 9th minute Don Malbec shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Harry Mik saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Harry Mik stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Don Malbec's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. After a rather tough play, Charlotte FC's Francesco Keller got a free kick in the 16th minute. Harry Mik took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Don Malbec, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Leiden Spor Kulubu's Harry Mik played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Don Malbec in the 22nd minute of play. Don Malbec fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Harry Mik having to interfere. 27 minutes into the match, Leiden Spor Kulubu's goal looked a bit too open when Don Malbec came free, but Harry Mik reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 29th minute of the match Charlotte FC got a corner. Leiden Spor Kulubu's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Kaja Jamak ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Charlotte FC's Kaja Jamak to fire away a dangerous shot which Harry Mik despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Harry Mik didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Don Malbec went, in the 30th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 34th minute Don Malbec shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Harry Mik saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Harry Mik showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Don Malbec, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. If Don Malbec had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Harry Mik made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Don Malbec in the 42nd minute of play. In the 46th match minute, Charlotte FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jaques Van Mellaert to maneuver through the defense. Billy Châtelet blasted a shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bryant Miles having to make a save.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Don Malbec to make the kick off. Don Malbec's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 54thth minute, Harry Mik skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Don Malbec sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 59th minute Don Malbec shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Harry Mik saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Don Malbec had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Don Malbec could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Harry Mik made a huge save. With a little luck, Leiden Spor Kulubu's Harry Mik got control of the ball when Don Malbec tried to sneak it across the goal line. Mitchell Curry kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. In the 75th minute, Don Malbec got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Leiden Spor Kulubu's Hector Pello got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Vicente Rafferty managed to get in a good position for a shot. Charlotte FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Vicente Rafferty was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Harry Mik breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Charlotte FC's Mitchell Curry quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Iwan van Heiningen, made in the 83rd minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Charlotte FC's Jaques Van Mellaert got a free kick in the 85th minute. Hector Pello's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bryant Miles read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. Vicente Rafferty blasted a shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Harry Mik having to make a save. Harry Mik showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vicente Rafferty, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. The throw-in from Iwan van Heiningen in the 91st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Charlotte FC's Mitchell Curry. A nice corner shot did that Kaja Jamak got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Harry Mik quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Charlotte FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
