Nicasio Alonso made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hector Pello in the 17th minute. When Leiden Spor Kulubu's Hector Pello in the 20th minute got a chance for a shot 20th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 42nd minute of the match, Pierre Vrieze tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Nicasio Alonso saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pierre Vrieze couldn't finish the play.
