Spectators: 7624 (Terracing: 5719, Seating: 1753, VIP seats: 152) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Geert Wijgaert took the kick off in the first half of the match. The audience was convinced that Geert Wijgaert's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Harry Mik was relentless in the 11th minute of the game. After 12 minutes Leiden Spor Kulubu's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gilberto Lalla who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on MAGNIFICOS.FC's corner Gilberto Lalla fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Harry Mik quite easily take care of the ball. 14 minutes into the match, MAGNIFICOS.FC's goal looked a bit too open when Hector Pello came free, but Lara Guadalupi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Leiden Spor Kulubu's goalkeeper Harry Mik, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Lara Guadalupi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Freek Som, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Dries Muskee hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. MAGNIFICOS.FC's Gilberto Lalla shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 25th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Harry Mik but with some difficulty. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Geert Wijgaert in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Harry Mik prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Harry Mik was out of position in the 29 minute of play, and Geert Wijgaert capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Geert Wijgaert really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. When Dries Muskee fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Leiden Spor Kulubu's protests and gave Dries Muskee a yellow card for diving instead. In the 33rd minute, Dries Muskee hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. MAGNIFICOS.FC's Lara Guadalupi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joost de Zaaijer in the 35th minute of play. In the 40th minute, MAGNIFICOS.FC's Geert Wijgaert dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 4-0. After 46 minutes, 石渊文 mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Leiden Spor Kulubu and the MAGNIFICOS.FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of MAGNIFICOS.FC booed when Leiden Spor Kulubu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. 石渊文 didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Gilberto Lalla came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the MAGNIFICOS.FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gilberto Lalla couldn't finish the play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hector Pello to make the kick off. Harry Mik came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by MAGNIFICOS.FC's Geert Wijgaert. But to his dismay, Geert Wijgaert quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. 57 minutes into the match, MAGNIFICOS.FC's goal looked a bit too open when Joost de Zaaijer came free, but Lara Guadalupi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 59 minutes into the game, Geert Wijgaert cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Harry Mik was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 63 played minutes MAGNIFICOS.FC got a freekick which was hit by Pedro Requena. 70 minutes into the match, Geert Wijgaert had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Harry Mik. Leiden Spor Kulubu's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Geert Wijgaert was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Geert Wijgaert in the 74th minute of play forced Leiden Spor Kulubu's goalkeeper Harry Mik to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. MAGNIFICOS.FC were awarded a corner in the 76th minute after Leiden Spor Kulubu's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gilberto Lalla took the corner. Gilberto Lalla made a great header on MAGNIFICOS.FC's corner, it was just that Leiden Spor Kulubu's Harry Mik managed to reach the ball for a save. Geert Wijgaert might have been able to make a better finish in the 77th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Harry Mik. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Geert Wijgaert ran back to his position shaking his head. Harry Mik made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Geert Wijgaert in the 77th minute of play. 79 minutes into the match, MAGNIFICOS.FC's goal looked a bit too open when Joost de Zaaijer came free, but Lara Guadalupi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Geert Wijgaert in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Harry Mik saved Leiden Spor Kulubu from getting behind. The corner led MAGNIFICOS.FC's Gilberto Lalla to fire away a dangerous shot which Harry Mik despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Geert Wijgaert scored 8-0 in the 85th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Harry Mik, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Lara Guadalupi made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Frank Evans sent off a good shot on target. Leiden Spor Kulubu's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
