The SK Mons fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Yanniek Verhaert during the 37th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to SK Mons getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Yanniek Verhaert hit a great ball. In the 43rd minute, SK Mons's Steven Puttemans dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 9-0. In the 45th minute, Steven Puttemans made a precise shot to the right of Marcu Tărbac. FC TraLaLa's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 10-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 10-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Marcu Tărbac showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cornel Ulici, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. FC TraLaLa's Marcu Tărbac played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christoph Van den Berch in the 59th minute of play.
